How To Maintain the Weight in Winter

A beautiful slender figure is a pride for a woman. But girls often recall about this a month before they have to wear bathing suits. But what to do if in cold weather we want to eat particular often, and especially a lot?

First of all, establish the purpose to remain slender. Keep in mind the image of yourself in the best form. Whenever you want to ravage your refrigerator, recall that image - and even if it wont stop you, then at least will make you eat less.

Write in a notebook or diary what, when and why you ate something. It happens so that a person does not want to eat because of hunger, but because of stress. With this diary, in a little while you will be able to see some patterns. Rather than eating, find an interesting occupation, for example, chat with friends or take a relaxing bath.

Eat more soup. The liquid itself quickly fills the stomach and prevents overeating.
Do not hesitate to go for a walk at lunch, don't be lazy to move. When you walk away not only burn calories, but also in the daytime receive the necessary light, which contributes to serotonin (it makes us feel happier).
